How to do it

    File credits are no longer sold. Choose Starter or Pro from Pricing or the dashboard.

  2. 2. Upgrade

    Checkout applies the plan to your account. Password, domain, larger PDFs, analytics, and no branding work on every project.

  3. 3. Use paid features

    Set a password, attach a custom domain, or share larger PDFs from any project. Existing credit unlocks on a project still work.

What changed

Prepaid per-share unlocks are disabled. New purchases go through Starter or Pro. If a project was already unlocked with a credit, those benefits stay on that project.

Starter (€5/mo or €50/yr) and Pro unlock password protection, a custom domain, larger PDFs, visit analytics, and remove drophost branding — plus more projects and storage. Features apply across your account, not one share at a time.

How to upgrade

Open Pricing or the dashboard Upgrade button. Checkout starts immediately. After payment you return to drophost with the plan applied.
