Connect once. Publish from chat.

Paste the MCP URL into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. Sign in when prompted, then ask your agent to publish — you get a live drophost URL. Recipients just click.

Setup

  1. Sign in to drophost

    Create a free account if you do not have one yet.

  2. Copy the MCP URL

    Open Settings → Agent publish and copy https://drophost.space/api/mcp (or your host).

  3. Add the server to Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor

    Paste the URL into your client. Sign in when prompted — no key needed for you.

  4. Ask in chat

    Say something like “Publish ./proposal.pdf”.

  5. Get the live URL

    Your agent returns a link such as https://proposal.drophost.space.

Config to paste

Just the URL — no key for you. Your client opens sign-in. Scripts and automation can use a key from Settings instead.

Limits

  • Hosted sites are static HTML, CSS, and JS only — no Node or PHP.
  • Chat uploads top out at 4 MB. Larger files go through the dashboard.
  • Larger PDFs need Starter or Pro. Free covers PDFs up to 0.5 MB.

Same link as a drop

  • Recipients do not see that an agent published it.
  • Same project and same URL as a dashboard drop.
  • Disconnect or revoke access anytime in Settings.

Connect once. “Publish this” returns a live URL.
