How to do it

  1. 1. Upload what content creators usually send

  2. 2. Send one URL

Paste the live link into email, Slack, or your CRM. Recipients do not need a drophost account.

  3. 3. Replace as work changes

Upload a new version to the same project so bookmarks stay valid.

Thumbnails and brand kits

Upload PNG or JPG exports for thumbnails, end cards, and logo packs. Replace the asset when the thumbnail A/B test wins and keep the same link in the production brief. Editors open the file without requesting Drive access or creating a drophost account.

Scripts and notes

Share Markdown or Word scripts, shot lists, and sponsor talking points without forcing collaborators through a shared drive. Paste the URL into Discord, Slack, or email. Optional passwords on paid plans gate unreleased concepts before publish day.

Sponsor-ready polish

Put PDF media kits on Starter (€5/mo or €50/yr) or Pro (€12/mo or €120/yr), remove branding, and attach a custom domain when the leave-behind should look intentional. Links stay until you delete the project—no expiring transfer mid-campaign.
